Product Introduction

原理：Aitesen手推式脂質體擠出器，采用密封的玻璃注射器，利用手推力作為動力，使物料強制通過設備內部的PC濾膜，從而減小脂質體的粒徑，提高分布。

Principle: Aitesen hand push liposome extruder adopts sealed glass syring and uses hand thrust as power to force the material to pass through PC filter membrane inside the equipment. In this way, the particle size of liposome can be reduced and the distribution can be improved.

溫度控制：整臺HPEx-L1手推式脂質體擠出器可用水浴控溫，可與遇高溫易變的脂質體，或與溫度敏感的化合物一起使用。

Temperature control: the whole HPEx-L1 hand push liposome extruder can be controlled by constant temperature water bath, and can be used with liposomes or temperature sensitive compounds that prone to change in high temperature.
